IFOAM EU is looking for a new project coordinator for LIVESEED

IFOAM EU is looking for a new project coordinator for the LIVESEED Project.

LIVESEED is a project funded through the Horizon 2020 framework programme. It started in June 2017 and will run until May 2021. The objective of LIVESEED is to improve the transparency and competitiveness of the organic seed and breeding sector and encourage greater use of organic seed. LIVESEED has 49 partners - including BIOSELENA Foundation - covering 18 European countries. The consortium includes multiple actors: research institutes, breeding companies, seed companies, organic associations (farmers, processors, retailers) and national authorities.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the project, as well as communication and dissemination. On the longer term, it is envisaged that the Project Coordinator will also develop expertise in organic plant breeding and related EU policies. For more information about LIVESEED, see http://www.liveseed.eu

Closing date for applications:
Sunday, October 28th, 2018

The interviews will take place on 8th November (first round) and 15th November (second round).
